The library is located near Indian Lake Village on Saundersville Road. The spacious two-story building, built in a rustic-modern design, boasts a panoramic view of an adjacent wooded park and walking trail. A veranda provides a favorite spot for guests to enjoy relaxing moments amid the beauty of the surrounding environment. Upon entering the library, a grand stairway provides a stunning focal point. Just beyond the stairway, the library courtyard proudly displays a Cherry tree gifted to the city of Hendersonville by the Consulate-General of Japan in Nashville and the Tsuru-Hendersonville Friendship Committee. The library provides ample space for activities that enhance the community including a large meeting room, an asset to the various non-profit organizations and clubs that utilize it.
